 New Ventures, Inc. has a long and successful history of assisting individuals with barriers to employment.  New Ventures is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1972 by a group of citizens concerned about individuals with employment barriers in the LaGrange-Troup County/West Georgia area.  Since that time, we have helped more than four-thousand individuals become better prepared to enter employment, and our service delivery area has grown to include not only citizens in the LaGrange-Troup County area, but also the surrounding counties of Meriwether, Heard, Coweta, and Carroll.

    New Ventures relies heavily on industrial business to obtain outsourcing that is used as pre-employment training.  It is utilized as training wages and to off-set operating expenses.  In addition to training, New Ventures provides employment opportunities for individuals who need long term support whether working in-house or off-site in one of New Ventures supervised temporary commercial placement locations.
