Interview

During your interview, we look over your information and ask you questions about yourself and what your goals are! The interview gives us a chance to know you better, and gives you a chance to learn more about us. We want to make sure we can serve your current needs and that we have a training position that interests you. If your interview goes well and we’re a good match, you will need $10 for an onsite drug screen!

Drug Screen:

• You’ll be asked to take a drug test in one of our private bathrooms. If you decide you do not want to take a drug test, that is okay, but you will not be eligible to apply again for 30 days.

• If you take a drug test and you do not pass, that is okay, too. The results of your drug test are confidential and we do not share your information with anyone. Your personal information and your drug screen results will be discarded after you leave.

• Even if you do not pass the drug test, you can apply again in 30 days.

If you pass the drug screen, you will be scheduled for your orientation with New Ventures!
