Staff positions
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and assign employees work activities related to cleaning and maintaining customer premises
- Ensure employees are cross trained & conduct routine/random inspections/audits of customer sites
- Train employee on safety procedures & ensure procedures are followed
- Review attendance & performance; discuss w/Supervisor
- Maintain equipment & submit repair requests
- Ensure compliance with organization policies/procedures, as well as state & federal laws
- Perform duties of janitorial workers as needed
- Frequent customer site visits and communication with customers
Requirements for the job are listed below; this is not an all-inclusive list:
- One-year Janitorial Supervisor or Janitorial Lead experience working with commercial customers
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills to utilize time & attendance software, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and a clean MVR

DUTIES:
- Perform various duties within the Finance department with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and Payroll processing.
- Provide support and perform Accounts Receivable on a revolving basis.
- Ensure weekly payables report is accurate and obtain CEO’s approval.
- Perform account reconciliations timely and accurately.
- Produce reports as needed and requested.
- Manage bank deposits and deliver.
- Assist with Budget prep and audits.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Three year’s work experience in both Payables and Payroll
- Strong math skills
- Effective communication skills

Employee positions
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 3:00 – 11:00 pm
Duties:
Will perform Janitorial duties and Sanitizing duties
Perform the following duties to meet the customer’s requirements:
- Ensure restroom are clean by mopping and cleaning faucets and base of toilets; doors
- Stock with paper products from inventory
- Communicate issues with facilities and inventory shortages to Supervisor or Asst. Supervisor
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust various furniture and equipment
- Load the Van with materials to clean their assigned location
- Includes inside and outside work
- Empty trash containers and deliver to on-site dumpsters
- Maintain housekeeping
- Comply with safety rule and with environmental regulations.
- Be aware of departmental Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Perform other duties as assigned at any customer location
Requirements:
- Submit to and pass a GCIC background check and a level 10 drug screen
- Not previously enrolled in New Ventures training within preceding 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Lifting to 50 lbs.
- One position requires a driver’s license.

Duties:

- Performs lawncare work duties; drives company vehicle pulling trailer with lawncare equipment

- 95% of the time is outdoors; 5% of time is performing equipment and vehicle maintenance & shop maintenance tasks
- Mow, edge, and string trim lawns using gas powered equipment
- Pick up trash/debris prior to cutting grass
- Hand pull weeds from flower beds
- Trim hedges, shrubs, small trees, and rake clippings
- Planting trees, shrubs, flowers
Requirements:
- 6 months experience as a Lead or Supervisor
- 1 -3 months work experience performing lawn care work
- Ability to professionally speak to customers
- Submit to and pass a GCIC background check and a level 10 drug screen
- Valid driver’s license & clean three-year MVR meeting company requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Lifting to 25 lbs.

- Perform equipment maintenance: oil changes, wheel replacement, blade changes, and weekly cleaning of lawn care vehicles
Requirements:
- 1 -3 month’s work experience performing lawn care work
- Submit to and pass a GCIC background check and a level 10 drug screen
- Valid driver’s license & clean three-year MVR meeting company requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Lifting to 25 lbs.

Summary:

Duties:
